Our Story
EVC Homes LLC was founded by Cleadus and Erin, a husband-and-wife team born and raised in different parts of California’s San Joaquin Valley. After meeting in 2005, they fell in love, got married, and have been building both their life and their businesses together ever since.
Their shared background in the nonprofit sector inspired a deep commitment to serving others—particularly those who, like them, had faced challenges and setbacks along the way. That drive to give back became the foundation for EVC Homes, where the mission is simple: rebuild the community, one home at a time.
As they grew in the real estate space, Cleadus and Erin recognized the need for a more comprehensive approach. What began as a single investment venture evolved into a multi-faceted company offering a full suite of real estate services—all operating under the EVC Homes LLC umbrella. Today, their focus remains rooted in hard work, integrity, and a passion for creating lasting impact within the communities they serve.
